When you rent a Short Term Apartment you can count on following details:
Deposit
Always there is a full month deposit. This amount will be reserved for damages etc. This amount needs to be payed up front and will be transfered back upon check out of the apartment.
Normal wear and tear will never be deducted from the deposit ( scratches on floor etc. )
Copy Original Passport and Prove of Employee / Income
We need an copy or your legal identification ( ID, passport, drivers license ). Also upon request of the owner we must provide income papers or prove of employee.
